Food and Drink

We eat food three times a day: in the morning, at noon, and in the evening. We also drink water, milk, or juice to stay healthy.

For breakfast, we usually have bread or cereal. At lunch, we might eat a sandwich, some pasta, a slice of pizza, or a bowl of soup.

Dinner is often a warm meal with meat, fish, or chicken.

After lunch and dinner, we enjoy fruit. Apples, bananas, and oranges are tasty and good for us.

I like eating different kinds of food. Food gives us energy and helps our bodies grow strong.
