Ons Jabeur is a name many tennis fans know. She is from Tunisia, a country in North Africa. Ons is the first Arab and African woman to reach the final of a Grand Slam tournament in tennis. This is a big moment in sports history!

Ons started playing tennis when she was only three years old. Her mother played tennis too, and she taught Ons how to hold a racket. She trained hard and never gave up. As a young girl, Ons dreamed of becoming one of the best players in the world.

In 2022, Ons reached the final of Wimbledon, one of the most famous tennis tournaments. Even though she didn’t win, she made her country very proud. People in Tunisia and all over the Arab world cheered for her. They called her the "Minister of Happiness" because she brought so much joy.
